1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to Abot Kamay WiFi, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Abot Kamay WiFi provides internet service in participating venues under a low-monthly-fee service model. Session duration and access limits are managed automatically by the system.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable Philippine laws and venue rules when using the service. You are responsible for activity from your connected device while the session is active.

4. User Conduct

You may not use the service to:

• violate any law or regulation
• distribute malware, spam, or abusive traffic
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
• interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the network

Violations may lead to session termination, temporary blocking, or permanent denial of access.

5. Advertisement Access Model

Ad viewing is part of the service model. Access may require a completed ad view before session authorization. Ad verification is enforced server-side for fraud prevention and service integrity.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Network quality may vary by venue conditions, ISP performance, user load, and device compatibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abot Kamay Digital Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including connectivity loss, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Data collection and processing are governed by Philippine RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act) and our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge the processing required for authentication, ad verification, and operational security.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or security risk is detected. Venue-specific restrictions may also apply at the request of venue operators or legal authorities.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by law.
